Town Manager Randy Hemann has submitted his resignation to Mooresville’s board of commissioners.
Because of a clause in his employment contract requiring a 60-day notice, his resignation is effective Oct. 23. In what was a very public process, Hemann was recently selected as the new city manager for Oak Ridge, TN.
The town has consistently said the past year that it has treated Josh’s Farmers Market the same as it treats every other business in Mooresville.
